One great truth that Rama learnt from Vashishta Maharshi was Life means Conscious thoughts. All experiences that affect us in life happens through thoughts.

Mind is the medium through which we connect , act and react in this world. We are all looking at experiences....

For eg. we have very recently seen the case of Cafe Coffee Day chairman Siddhartha’s suicide .His thoughts were regarding his shares, commitments , debts, his mistakes , failure and whatever else...How do you think all this affected him? Through his thoughts.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Each of us too get affected through our Thoughts. Due to thoughts our ego, selfishness, all our positive and negative thoughts affect the life that we lead. Once we understand that thoughts are Life , then we get a better understanding of Life. .

With our thoughts we are interacting and connecting to the world and they are our conscious thoughts. Fortunately we can change our thoughts. All are able to move or shift from one thought to the other.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

We need not stick to any particular thought, eg. when a person is in sorrow and that person is counselled that person is able to change those thoughts. Thoughts can be changed.

Whereas when we refuse to leave our ego and remain very stubborn by holding on, the mind brings us to the brink where such extreme steps such as suicide or getting into depression becomes the only alternative.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

In cases where one connects to the world in a positive way, we look at the whole problem positively and can talk with more confidence, try to waiver the interest and make an arrangement to pay back.We should try to solve our problems not with a negative approach rather have a positive approach.

Once we use a positive approach we will find an option. It may be difficult to find out , but continuing to hold on or getting into depression or committing suicide is not its answer or solution to problems.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Though it make take time, the crisis will get solved. Being stubborn we should not conclude that tomorrow everything is going to end. It takes a long time. Looking at India itself it took 60 long years to shape , in spite of which it has not yet been shaped.

So then for our life to be shaped too it takes time. Some make it fast yet others may need more time.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As far as Sri Raman is concerned he was very clear that THOUGHTS are the roots of this Life.

We are connecting to the world through our thoughts and in turn acting and reacting too through our thoughts. Here we see a Sri Raman who did not look at the world but focused on thoughts.

One more thing that Sri Raman learnt was that Thoughts could be changed through Consciousness. Consciousness helps us to change our Thoughts.

Observing this very clearly Sri Raman never felt depressed or became stubborn or frustrated because Raman had a lot of people to help him due to his positive attitude. He changed the impossible to possible .

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who other than Sri Raman could gather an army of monkey’s or manage to get Sita from across the sea. All this was because of his thoughts. As you think so do you look at Life. Don’t look at thoughts rather look at Life. Look at your efficiency, creativity your positivity to change thoughts.

We should learn to see this. Let us educate our Mind to hold on to positive thoughts.

It is for this purpose that we say MANTRA-S, JAPA-S AND NAMA(E)-S.
